Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking A Contraceptive Pill?

I had unprotected sex on Sunday evening and took a morning after pill(plan b) on Wednesday morning. On that same Wednesday evening i had unprotected sex again and continued having unprotected sex till Friday without drinking any emergency pill or using any contraceptive. On Tuesday my periods started and stopped on the next day Wednesday. My periods normally last for 5 days but now it only lasted for a day and few hours. Could i be pregnant?
