Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill. It contains levonorgestrel. Emergency contraceptive pills has a failure rate around 5%. It has to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex, the earlier the better. If you have second encounter after taking the medication, the efficacy may decrease. It is advisable to use other methods of contraception in that case.
Now coming to your question of whether she can be pregnant? I can only say there is a 5% failure risk along with increased failure risk due to second encounter after taking medication.
Hope the above information helps. Thanks.
