General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Ipill is an emergency contraceptive and is highly effective. Since she took it in 4 hours the chances of it not working are very slim.
The back pain, fever and vomiting sensation are not indicators of pregnancy especially since it's just been 7 days after the intercourse. It might be just a stomach infection or something else.
So yeah tell her she does not have to worry about she being pregnant.
If she still is not convinced she can always take a Urinary pregnancy test which is available over the counter though I'm positive that it's going be negative.
Hope I answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you.
