Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking An I-pill?

Hello Doctor, I had unprotected sex with my partner on 11th June which was 5th day of my last periods(Sunday). I took an ipill within 36 hours and then the following week had withdrawal bleeding for 2-3 days (tue-thur) (I assume due to ipill dosage that would ve caused hormonal imbalance) My periods are delayed by 18days and I m still waiting for them. I worried if there are chances of me getting pregnant. Please can you advise.

chances are less since you have taken i pill within 36hours. still you can repeat the test and go for blood test for pregnancy and if it is negative then pregnancy cy is ruled out. it may be hormonal imbalance. get checked by gynechologist.if it is pregnancy you can retain it or go for abortion.
