Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Birth Control Pill?

I recently had sex two days ago. He wore a condom, and I'm also on birth control. I am to be expecting my period sometime this week, but I didn't get it yet. I'm just a little scared that I'm pregnant. I have no way of getting a test or even that pill called plan B.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
If you are on birth control pills & are taking them regularly as directed then there are very rarest of chances of getting pregnant. As your partner wore a condom, so there are no chances of getting pregnancy in you. Most probably your period should be delayed, which could be due to hormonal disturbance, stress, etc.
You should not worry about pregnancy. You would not get pregnant. Also intake of a plan B pill is not necessary.

Consult your gynaecologist if your periods gets delayed by more than a week
Hope this information helps
