hi, i had sex with my girl friend without condoms and she consumed ipill after that very next day and also again couple of days same thing and again she consumed one more ipill and she go this blood spots after couple of days then it was there for two days and its been a month she has not got her periods yet.

It is possible. In up to 2% of cases there can be failure of contraceptive pills.. Another thing that pops in mind is that, it can simply be a prolonged menstrual cycle. Hence it is advised to get a pregnancy test done.
