Hi, I'm dr.Fahad Khan, i have read your case and I'll try my best to be of utmost help.
First of all you should know that sexual intercourse during first 8-9 days and last 8-9 days of menstrual cycle is very less likely to make you pregnant ,as ovulation occurs during the 14th day of menstrual cycle and sexual intercourse only during the 10th to 18th days of menstrual cycle are likely to get you pregnant.
And secondly contraception thorough pills is not 100% effective, there is a possibility that you might be pregnant but that you shouldn't base that on just stomachache.
You should consider taking a urine pregnancy test and try to relax as it's most probably because your menstrual cycle date is near . There's always a psychological affect in such situations ,you should try to relax and let nature do its job and you'd be having your periods in a couple of days.
Regards.
