Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Contraceptives?

I've been taking my birth control for about 3 months now and I never miss a day. The only problem I have is that I rarely take the pill around the same time. Especially with school and everything. Lastnight (the day before the week of sugar pills in my pack) my fiancé came in me. Should I worry whether I could be pregnant?

Hi,
I understand your problem.
Please understand, it is mandatory to take oral contraceptive pills regularly, for getting reliable contraception.In case it's not practicable you should go for IUDs .
About your recent problem, on the day of the last active pill,can be considered to be non risky for conception- again depending on your previous performance in taking pills.
You should wait for periods till the last sugar pill,if no period,exclude pregnancy with blood HCG testing- if -ve start with another pack of contraceptive regularly. / if it's +ve you should have MTP.
