Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Oral Contraceptive?

So the condom broke and about 2 hours later I got the generic brand of the Plan b pill and she took it. Now a couple weeks later she has abdominal pain, breast pain, she had some discharge from her vagina, fatigue, headaches, and now stomach bloating. Could she be pregnant? Please help!

Hi.

All the mentioned symptoms can be due to a hormonal imbalance that can in itself result from taking plan B. So in my opinion chances of pregnancy are slim to negligible and the symptoms should subside and give way to her period soon.
