Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Thyroid Problem And Tumor In The Womb?

My sister in law is now 41 yrs and is having thyroid and tumor in her womb. Moreover her menstrual period has stopped from last month only. Previously due to some family reasons she had 3 times abortion. Can she have a child now? How much expenses is involved to do so?
