Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Using Mirena IUD?

Hi I have the mirena iud and have always had a period, this month nothing one light half day of spotting, and nothing. I have also been very nauseous everyday all day, and my appetite changes day to day. I m losing weight, using the restroom frequently and exhausted all the time.. could I be pregnant

Hi, I think it is very unlikely to get pregnant while using mirena. But just to be sure that you are not pregnant, do a urine pregnancy test at home.
