Is Pregnancy Possible During Irregular Menstruation?

I haven t had my period in last two months due to disturbed menstrual cycle. 6 days ago, I had some intimate time with my husband. Though he did not ejaculate inside me, I think pre-cum also sets you pregnant. Please help me how can I know at earliest possible time if I am pregnant or not. I can t afford the pregnancy right now so want to get rid of it if I am pregnant. I haven t been using any contraceptives, I am newly married so never needed any.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear- thanks for using our service. I understand your concern and will help you with my medical advise. It is true that irregular menstrual periods makes it harder to get pregnant because it is harder to keep know the ovulation time. However, it is possible to get pregnant, remember that only one spermatozoid is needed to fertilize the ovule. I recommend you to get an urine pregnancy test and if negative, just wait 4 weeks after your last menstrual period and repeat it. If negative, then do a blood test. You should consider contraceptives to regulate your periods and also to avoid pregnancy, specially if you are not ready for it now.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
