Is Pregnancy Possible During Pre-menopausal State?

Hello, I wanted to ask a question. Me and my husband had unprotected sex on march 31 and april1st. I did not have a period in april and got it in may 3, 2015 and I m going through pre menopa . Can I be pregnant? Cause people said I look like I am but I had two negative results. Cause when I had my two daughters I was on my period and never knew I was pregnant until I went to the doctor not feeling good and I was going on 4 months and that was on both of them. So that s why I never knew I was pregnant. So can you please help me with some advice, thank you, Sandra
