Hello, Treatment regimes for tuberculosis vary depending on the disease location and the severity and also the drug combination being used. With your drug regime treatment is for 6-9 months, according your doctor's judgement. Drugs and dosages are adjusted time to time. As per your diagnosis, I am sorry to say, fertility is likely to be affected since there is involvement of the fallopian tube. If ovarian function is not disrupted and uterus is normal, IVF may be tried if tubes are blocked. Hope this helps.
