Is Pregnancy Possible If Intercourse Was On The Day Of Menstruation?

I had un protected sex with my girlfriend why she was on her period in the shower, she had reminded me to pull out before I ejaculated, I did pill out but I was still worried that maybe even a little made it through. I was worried all night, so the next morning we went and bought the take action pill it was taken within 24 hours, the next day she said she was spitting and having cramps. Do you think we are safe from here getting pregnant?

The chances of pregnancy are almost negligible in her case as she had I-pill on time and that was her safe days.
Spitting can be a side effect of I-pill.
