I need clear descrptn of my problem... Can i get pregant? Wat is da solution n treatmnt required..... I have endometrium is 8 mm... Uterus:6.9×3.6×4.0cm in size and echotexute. Ovaries: normal in size multiple small cysts in both ovaries R.O measures:3.2×2.0 cm L.O. measures: 4.2×1.7cm Impression: pcod

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. All cases of PCOD won't have infertility. If ovulation is present then you can get pregnant. Even if there is no ovulation , with proper treatment you can get pregnant. If you have a normal and regular period then you are most likely having ovulation. Loosing 10 percent of weight is helpful to get normal periods in most women. Taking metformin , liraglutide injections and diet is helpful for this also. Ovulation stimulants like clomiphene is helpful to induce ovulation in case of anovulation also. A consultation by gynecologist who is doing infertility treatment is well appreciated.
