Is Pregnancy Possible In A Woman With Bilateral Tubal Patency?

Good day doctor, I got married may 2015. I was pregnant but unfortunately evacuated it due to blighted ovum. Since then I have been trying to conceive, my doc asked me to for HSG test and the result stated that is Bilateral tubal patency, and features of uterine adhesions. Please what are my chances. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Uterine adhesions and bilateral tubal patency should not cause much problems in conceiving. However, since you have evacuated once due to blighted ovum, it would be advisable to consult Gynecologist and get clinically evaluated.
You may require medications for timely induction of ovulation and proper preparation of endometrium for implantation, so as to improve the chances of conceiving.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
