Is Pregnancy Possible Post A Protective Intercourse?

Hey doctor. I had sex with my husband on 2nd of July,*using a condom*. He ejaculated in the condom itself. I had my last period at 8 of june. And the cycle is usually of 28-31 days. But im late for my period by 9 days now. I thought it was just because of the physical stress due to work that has increased a bit. So i took regestrone tab 3 times a day for the last 3 days, yesterday was the last day. I still didnot have the period. Any chances of pregnancy?

Hi, thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

If the condom was not broken during intercourse then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. Protective intercourse doesn't result in pregnancy. A lot of females due to work stress have missed periods and there should be no worry for that. If you have any doubts then go for URINE PREGNANCY TEST (UPT). UPT kits are available with most chemists and you can rule out pregnancy.

Thanks, Take care
