General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Faint pink line suggests weakly positive. Repeat test with early morning sample. Urine pregnancy test is more sensitive after a week of missed periods. You can get serum bhcg levels which is more accurate in diagnosing early pregnancy.

Thank you
