General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
If there was no penetration then no chance of pregnancy.
To become pregnant, full penetrative or intercourse upto vaginal opening in fertile phase of period is required.
Again you already got the period.
In presence of period, pregnancy is not possible.
This time delayed of period could be due to hormonal imbalance, excessive stress, thyroid dysfunction, ovarian dysfunction.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan to confirm cause.
Period can be induced by progesterone pill.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
