Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Hi doctor, Can sperms go through clothing? My boyfriend ejaculated but both of us was wearing underwear. He was wearing cotton and I was wearing 100% polyester. Is it possible for sperms to go through? Also, after he ejaculated, I quickly changed and washed myself so that I was clean. Would that have made a difference?

I really appreciate your concern, the way of ejaculation described here can not cause conception because for conception sperm need to go inside the vagina through complete penetration or any other means but it can not be possible if cotton bearer is there, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
