Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non Penetrative Sexual Activity?

I m sorry for my english but I need help. My partner had his panties on, but they re thin and he messed around my vagina, and he tried to put his penis on. Then I saw a little spot on his pants, on the right side I think, it was pre ejackulat. He didn t know if he was inside me, I didn t felt it too, if he was i m sure not deep. I took 72 pill after around 15 hours, but then around 9 hours after I had watery stool im not sure if this could stop this pill working. Risk of pregnancy?

Do not worry
Pregnancy is not possible as your partner had his penty on.
Sperm can not travels in the vagina tract without the seminal fluid that soak in the penty. For pregnancy, penetrative intercourse in fertile period of menstrual period is required(10th to 20th day of cycle).
As you also take the unwanted 72 pill with in 15 hour of sex, it will prevent the pregnancy in 95-96 % case.
Diarrhea is a side effect of the pill. It does not affect the effectiveness of pill.
Drink plenty of water, oral re hydration solution, take curd and rice, avoid stress.
Use safe sex practice in future to prevent the unwanted pregnancy. (use condom)
