Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

good day doctors, i had foreplay around 2:3am to 3:30 am but we were naked and rubbing our gentials but strictly no penetration ..just on the outside or the lips...im scared for precum.. he didnt climax or ejaculate anywhere near my lady parts..i took nordette as an ecp of 4 tablets around 6am. and will take another 4 tablets 6pm, so far, i havent experienced any known side effects. im really scared to get pregnant and cant handle it, what do u think are my chances of getting pregnant here? thanks! and what if i dont experience any side efdects at all, does that mean the pills didnt work?

I appreciate your concern for the possibility of pregnancy from Pre-ejaculatory fluid.

Yes, it is quite possible.

The pre-ejaculatory fluid contains sufficient number of active and motile sperms which can fertilize the egg and hence pregnancy can occur.

Since you have taken the post coital emergency contraceptive pills immediately, these pills are effective only in 90% of the users if used within 72 hours following unprotected penetrative sex.

Regarding the side effects of the pills, it may not be seen in all the users.

To know their efficacy, best thing is get the pregnancy test done on early morning urine pregnancy tests if your menses get delayed (with or without the symptoms of brownish discharge, lower abdominal cramps, breast soreness, etc) to rule out pregnancy.
