Yes, it is quite possible. Pre-ejaculatory fluid or pre-coital secretions contain a sufficient number of active sperm,s after all one active and motile sperm is required to fertilize the egg and thus cause pregnancy.
Pregnancy can also occur even if a male releases his sperms outside but near the vagina (clitoris) because sperms can find their way to an egg even as far as in a fallopian tube to fertilize it and thus pregnancy can occur.
