Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Hi Doctor, I am tensed about the fact that my girlfriend has missed her period and its already 3days late. We did go in an intercourse, but the ejaculation wasn t done inside. I don t know what s happening. Please help us with your valueable advice regarding the matter about how to overcome this and have her menstruation back.

Pregnancy is possible in thiis case since sperms are presented in preejaculatory fluids as well,but this is much less common then in regular ejaculation. 3 days period delay may still not mean pregnancy. She should wait for few more days and then do pregnancy test if period don't come.
