Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Hi doc. I had sex with my gf and m pretty sure no ejaculations took place. But after 3 days she started to think something is wrong. I explained it may be due to exertion as non stop nightouts are going on.still she took ipill on 4th day. Can you help to confirm if all is well?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, pre-ejaculatory fluid can contain sperms and cause pregnancy depending on where your girlfriend is in her menstrual cycle. It's better to wait until her next period as she has already taken the I-pill. If her period is delayed it will be wise to do a urine test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prakruthi, General & Family Physician
