Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

OK so about a month and a half ago near my boyfriend were messing around and I might have gotten pre-ejaculation on my finger. He left, and about an hour later I found myself masturbating. About two weeks later I went to my doctor and got Nexplanon. I asked her about it and she said not to worry that it was impossible. I guess I m still freaking out because I miss my period and I m having a lot of pregnancy symptoms. But that is also the same symptoms as Nexplanon, which I got around the same time. I think it might just be stress

I went through your details. Precum usually do not contain sperm cells because precum is produced almost at the same time of sperm production inside the testicles. Even though there was any previous sperm cells present on the ureter which came into your hand, those cannot survive on room temperature on your dry hands for more than some minutes. therefore, there are no chances of pregnancy
