Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Hello doctor. I am 23 years old. Few days back I gave my boyfriend an oral. But he did not ejaculate as well as i was wearing my underwear. It may have been that his penis somehow touched my vagina from the top of my underwear for sometime(not sure). I have read about precum. We don't know if there was any precum or not. I just had to ask if by chance there were sperms in precum, can it pass through a single layer?

Hi,

You was on underwear and penis was touched to vagina. Pregnancy is impossible the way you describe because Sperm cannot travel through even a single thin layer of clothing. Sperm require liquid medium to enter into vagina and cervix. So just relax. To become pregnant penetrative sexual intercourse or intercourse up to vaginal intoitus with or without ejaculation in fertile phase of period is required. Use condom in future to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
