Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

What are the chances of preganancy if a bit of precum was on the exterior (outside) of the condom? As i was putting the condom on after peeing, I placed my finger on the tip of the outside of the condom which could of had precum from my thumb. As a result what are the chances of pregnancy?

dear sir thanks for posting your query to hcm . pregnancy occur when you ejaculate semen inside vagina during fertile period and it get meet with the ovum . I want to know at what day of menstruation you have had contact with your partner and is there any tearing of condom occur during intercourse .however medications are available to prevent pregnancy after unprotected intercourse .you can consult a gynecologist regarding this .
