Hello,

A pre-ejaculatory fluid contains sperms and has potentiality to cause pregnancy for sure, if the same has traveled inside. But pertaining to the narration, I do not find much convincing on evidence of inner penetration to cause pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
