General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Chances of pregnancy by contact with the pre-ejaculatory fluid are extremely rare. Since you have also taken emergency contraceptive pill and got breakthrough bleeding following it, you should not worry of being pregnant. Sometimes, taking emergency contraceptive pill could alter your bleeding pattern and cause menstrual disturbances. If your delay in periods continues, then you need an evaluation by consulting Obstetrician for appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
