Is Pregnancy Possible Through Withdrawal Method?

My boyfriend ejaculated while laying on a towel but most, if not all of it, got on his body. 25 minutes later, my sister used that towel to dry herself off after her shower. This was three weeks ago and she is currently one week late for her period. Is there any way that she could be pregnant from the towel? I think her new job causes her a lot of stress and that is why her period is late. This is stressing me out though because she does not know about the towel because it is embarrassing.

However, if you want to exclude pregnancy, you can get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titers. Stress often disturbs menstrual cycles. A trans-vaginal sonogram is helpful to clarify the situation. If pregnancy is negative, menstruation can be induced using hormones. Hope this helps.
