Is Pregnancy Possible When Diagnosed With PCOD And Endometriosis?

Hi, I have PCOS and endometriosis have since my early teens. I am a 33 years old and my husband and I are ttc. I have been on Metformin since June and have had 2 normal periods. This month Af is 10 days late. I have done a urine preg test a week ago and it is negative. I have been stable on metformin relating to side effects. Although, I have been sensitive to smells the past few weeks. My breasts are not sore and I have no indication that my AF is coming. Slight headache and have been very tired. I had very light spotting last Monday which was before my AF due date. I called my fertility specialist and he told me it just my body still adapting to metformin. If so then why was I regular and have been consistent with my AF since being put on metformin?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Treatment with metformin is helpful in the treatment of PCOS.
It helps to improve fertility by causing maturation of the ovarian follicles.
Endometriosis can lead to excessive bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
