Hello there, Please do not worry and try to relax. I can understand your anxiety about getting pregnant. However PCOS is a very common problem and can be easily managed and many women with PCOS have had pregnancies without any treatment. Others may need some treatment to conceive but overall its not something you need to worry about. It has been found that some weight loss and healthy eating habits by avoiding junk food and eating fresh fruits and vegetables a lot of women ovulate (which is the main problem in PCOD/PCOS: no ovulation). Stress only worsens the situation so in my opinion try to relax and make healthy eating and exercising habits. Lose some weight and have intercourse every other day between 10th to 20th of your cycle (considering you have 25-35 days of cycle). Hope this helps. Take care and all the best.
