Is Pregnancy Possible When The Endometrium Is In Midline, Hypoechoic Thin And Irregular In Addition To An Ovarian Cyst?

Uterus is anteverted and bulky in size measuring 92mm × 51mm × 35mm with inhomogenous echotexture and has a well defined margin. The endometrium is in midline, hypoechoic thin and irregular. No evidence of endometrial polyp/ adhesion/ hyperplasia seen. No focal lesion seen. Complex LT. OVARIAN CYST ( Approx .69 MM × 61.0 MM. CAN I would be able to conceive. I am 40 years old?

Hi, I think you should do a CA125 level to see if the mass is cancerous. This test can give you an indication of the nature of mass. If possible, you can do a CT scan of abdomen. You may require a surgery for its removal. You can become pregnant because there are two ovaries in every woman.
