Is Pregnancy Possible While Having A Retroverted Uterus?

good morning doc.. my ultrasound result last friday my uterus is retroverted with homegenous echopattern. my endometrium is slightly thickened with intact endomyometrical junction. my right ovary is normal in size and echo texture with one developing follicle measuring 1.5x1.1 cm - 2.9 x 2.7 x 2.1 cm, my left ovary - 2.3 x 1.9 x 1.9 cm. my cervix is 3.0 x 2.8 x 2.3 cm. Is it possible for me having a baby even my uterus is retroverted? thank you doc
