Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Irregular Periods?

Hi, I got married in 15th may 2016.My wife is 15 yrs old. Myself is 25. When we got married, she was in last time of her menstrual cycle. Within a week her next menstrual cycle started. This cycle was of 25 days. According to her assumption, it was shorted cycle ecer. It was 15th Jun. But the menses lasted for 2 days. It stoped for 1 & 1/2 days. In the meantime we had unprotected sex. The mesnes started again after that. It lasted for 8 days. It was not continious but started & stoped. Than she took treatment from a homeopathy doctor. Then, that stoped. In 18th day of current menstrual cycle, we had unprotected sex but used emergency contraceptive. Then we had unprotected sex again in 16th July (31st day of cycle). I thought this time was infartile period. Today is 35 day of her cycle. We are waiting for anothor cycle. Because we wanna have a baby some years later. But we are confused if she is pregnent or ill??????? What should we do now??
