Hello ma'am and welcome.

It is important to note the difference between a period and an implantation bleed which lasts from 1-3 days, is mostly spotting and a light colored bleed indicating sucessful implantation and the initiation of growth and development of the fetus within the uterus.

But if you are sure you had a period, pregnancy is not possible with a period and in this case you could be experiencing a hormonal imbalance that could be causing your symptoms, please report to your doctor with the same.

As for bleeding during pregnancy, this is an emergency and should be reported to a doctor immediately. Please rule out/confirm pregnancy first.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
