Is Pregnancy Possible While On Adderall?

i am taking adderall xr 15mg and got a faint line on the 3rd of august and then on last sunday it showed the actual line going down indicating again an actual line this time. i have done blood work and multiple urine tests which are all coming up negative. last night i went to get more blood work done since i started having some bleeding and its still saying negative. is there something in this pregnancy test clear blue that could be the only kind of pregnancy test that picks up adderall? ive had no period since june except some light bleeding last night and today, and all of my doctors are confused. i have read 3 stories of other women on adderall that it also showed negative and they ended up being pregnant. i have even gained a lot of weight and even food tastes different to me now.

Hello and welcome to Ask a doctor service. I have read through your question and here is my advise. It is possible that you are getting a false positive test since your blood work is negative for pregnancy and you have also got your periods. The most conclusive way to rule out pregnancy is to get an Ultrasound done. Since it is not advisable to take adderall during pregnancy you should consult this with your gynaecologist incase you are pregnant. I hope that answers your question.
