Is Pregnancy Possible While On Implanon?

I was hoping you could help. I had my daughter in July 2015, shortly after I got the implanon/nexplanon reinserted in my arm. For the past 4 months ive been experiencing pregnancy sypmtoms. For the past several weeks I ve even experienced kicking sensations. My belly gets bigger by the day it seems and its hard. At home pregnancy test are negative and had a light period a week or so ago that lasted 3 days. I don t know the chances of me actually being pregnant. Any advise?

Hi, I think implanon is highly effective as a contraceptive and less than 1 percent failure rate is there. You may be having some gastritis. Take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. If pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. Periods can be light while using implanon. So, don't worry about it. Hope it helps.
