Is Pregnancy Possible While On NuvaRing?
I ve been using Nuva Ring for 2 months. On my 17th day (end of 3rd week) I had it out for 3.5-4 hours and had unprotected sex. I am sure it was no more than 4 hours. Should I be worried? I removed it on the 21st day as scheduled. It has been 2 days since this, and I have not had any bleeding. I spotted on days 17, 18, 19, but nothing since. I am concerned it was out too long and I may have ovulated.

As per your history, in case of missed period kindly do urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. There is a chance of pregnancy as you have not used NuvaRing in between. kindly use extra protection like condoms in these times. to rule out pregnancy, consult with gynecologist.
