Is Pregnancy Possible While Suffering From Uterine Fibroid?

In my first ultrasound during pregnancy I came to know that I m having posterior uterine wall fibroid measuring 98*87mm,when my pregnancy started in 6th month I bleed and in the meantime pain started and my baby was no more.Now I want to know that with this fibroid can I conceive again and is this fibroid can harm baby during pregnancy .

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
I would recommend you to Get the fibroid removed.
In case of uterine fibroids of this size in the first trimester doesn't pose any problem as the baby grows in the second trimester fibroids cause pressure on the growing baby and compete fof space with the baby leading to either poor growth of the baby or miscarriage.
I suggest to get the fibroid removed and don't conceive for a period of an year as the uterus wall will be weak after the resection of fibroid and is not suitable for conception.
