Is Pregnancy Possible With A Perforated Uterus?

Hello,I am 30 years old and had a tubal litigations 6 years ago,my doctor removed the piece that pulls the egg into the uterus and perforated my uterus,i am wanting to do ivf since the procedure is not reversible can i still carry a child with my uterus being perforated?
