am deeparani 29yrs old 1st baby was missed abortion with no heart beat and i did D&C and from that am not able to concieve its been now 5yrs so now i did hystero laproscopy and ovarian drilling and D&C and found tubes were mildly dilated and congested and CPT-free spill noted on both tubes and dilatation of both tubes increased,and D&C specimen was found TB TMA and they advised me for AKT-4 for 2 month and AKT-2 FOR NEXT 2 MONTHS after that IUI will be done o will i get pregnant am depressed much pls advice shall i take the tables and go..

I can understand it must be a very difficult time for you. You have been diagnosed with TB endometritis. The treatment is anti tubercular drugs as prescribed by your doctor. Generally speaking the chances of successful pregnancy after the treatment is around 25%.
