Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Chances of getting pregnant is very low after the procedure of tubectomy as ligation of tubes blocks the ova from entering in fallopian tubes, place where the ova and sperm meet. The only chance for you is failure of operation which was performed four years ago.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
