General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thankyou for contacting HCM.

Pregnancy is not possible in the way you explained your physical contact with your boyfriend. The symptoms you are explaining maybe a sign of exhaustion or dehydration. I would recommend you maintain a good hydration level and your dietary intake.

If the symptoms worsen please contact your local physician.

I hope this answer your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
