Hi,

Pressure and pain in the pelvic area denotes chronic urinary tract infection. Regular follow up with repeated urine culture and sensitivity is required as you might be harboring the infection with out any symptoms. I suggest another evaluation by your treating doctor for your present symptoms of pressure and pelvic pain.
Thanks.
