General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Due to the history of previous ovarian cysts and because now you feel a hard mass in your tummy it is important to see your doctor and have a thorough check and possibly some tests and examinations.
Your doctor may ask for an abdominal ultrasound or a transvaginal ultrasound if he thinks it can be a pelvic mass.

I hope this is helpful. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
