Is Pressure Like Pain In My Right Temple Something That Needs Treatment While Having Anxiety And The Habit Of Grinding My Teeth?

Hello! I am 21 years old and I full time student. I currently have had symptoms including pain in my right temple. This pain is more like a pressure pain, like someone is pushing their finger into that spot. I also can sometimes feel a sitting pain in the area above my right eye. I have felt this unusual pressure pain in the back of my head on the right side. I do have issues with grinding my teeth and have severe anxiety so I’ve been waiting to be sure I wasn’t creating my own symptoms. Hope to hear back on what you think!
