Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

Have you been taking any medication for asthma in the past ? If yes, for how much duration?
In some specific season the asthma aggravates and causes symptoms. I would recommend you to try following:

1. Tab Ventolin (Salbutamol) 4mg when you have wheeze or difficulty in breathing
2. Tab Mytika (Montelukast) 1 tablet daily for one month. research has proven that it subside the symptoms of asthma.
3. If you have cough then take Syp Hydralin DM (Diphenhydramine + Dextromethorphan) 1 table spoon three times a day for 3 days.

4. Take hot water in a pot, add 1 table spoon salt/glass into the pot and cover your head over the pot with a sheet and take deep breaths. It will provide soothing effect and improve the condition

ALWAYS keep "Ventolin Inhaler" in your bag so that if you are away from home and emergency facility then you can use that to control breath problem.

Hope you get well soon.

Thank You
